PokerOffice can be separated into 4 sections-

The man program- this is where you start, from here you can view and analyse data from your cash games and tournaments. This is also where you will find your reports,graphs and more.
Live Tracker- Live Tracker has two functions, firstly it automatically imports hands into your database. Secondly it gives you live real-time stats about your play and that of your opponents. It also gives you pot odds, hand rankings and probabilities. You also have access to real-time profit and table tightness graphs. In a recent update Live Tracker was improved to handle and fetch data 5-10 times faster.

Poker Table Overlay or HUD- PokerOffice puts all the data you need directly onto the table. The Overlay is fully customizable and allows you to see all the information you want without having to switch windows. A pop-up windows that is only 1 click away provides you with more detailed information. The Overlay is very simple to customize. Some features I liked in PokerOffice's HUD include the ability to show player moves, for example if the player called, checked or raised etc. Also the HUD contains a tab with a players known starting hands-a quick look at this allows you to work out their hand ranges. Another handy feature is the ability to 'hide stats at showdown' for example when your all-in on the flop the HUD disappears allowing you to clearly see your opponents hand.
The Replayer is a tool that allows you to replay any hand in your database. You can replay it step by step and the Table Overlay/HUD is also visible.

The stand-out feature of PokerOffice is the ability to click and drag a section in a graph,highlight it and replay those hands. This allows you to easily see what you were doing right or wrong. The installation and set-up was straight forward,the PokerOffice website has a FAQ section, and support can be contacted via email or though their forum. The user manual for PokerOffice is easy to understand and very detailed.
